    Sometimes I think it would be better if we were all mute with the damage we do with words-- I swear!! Poor MB! I'll pop a cap in him (hee). Luke won a prize at the choral event-- he raised the most money-- they sing in about 40 minutes-- his sitter sang and she was incredible-- Fens favorite-- Adele (ha)! Hope everyone has a good day. I am queasy as all get out-- not sure why.

          Thank you all for your wonderful support. Thanks for you message Ruby, I did try to pm you but was not allowed. Will keep in touch. I did manage to get some sleep, and feel much happier now knowing my sister is no longer suffering. Going to church to light a candle for her, will also light one for all my friends on mwo. Bless you all.

                Paula..so good to see you and I am glad that you are finding a little bit of peace....I know it will take time
                ATL- come on with that cap gun girl......he can be soooo sweet, but then such an ass......but I do it too!!
                My son, Clay, was in Oklahoma and HATED the cowboy hat and bandana...but when he sang the solo of "carrots and potatos"...I cried!!
                My oldest, Grant, was Joseph in the first grade and I cried for that too!!
                Cherish and video ATL...they grow up too damn fast

                  Been working just about every Saturday. Yuck! Not required but I'm swamped and it's easier to take care of stuff when nobody is here. Leaving in a few minute and then have to drive hubby an hour out to pick up a guitar effect. (He doesn't drive) At least we're heading towards the mountains so it will be a pretty drive. Got to always look for the good side.

                  Almost skipped my antabuse today. But, I knew that would lead me to skip it for several days. And, that way lies madness.

                    taking Campral 3x day...makes me a little bit dizzy but nothing bad...Hubs just left for bar and I am sitting here with feet propped up after 3 hours at Walmart...ugh

                      I think the campral was probably helping me. But, I went into a depression and stopped everything at that point. Hang in there Mama and give it a chance. I hope that this is a big help to you.

                        Good luck.....I hate it there but I was laughing to myself today that I looked like such a hag with no makeup on that I should be on the YouTube video "Faces of Walmart"!

                          just talked to Ruby....she is at grandson's baseball game and sends her love....
                          she is broken hearted for Paula and told me to look out for everyone.....not sure I can do that but I will sure try
                          I was just reading about "owning up to your choice to drink" and it so true....it is us that choses the poison....and I want to make better choices...

                            Hi MB, I feel that I have known Ruby a lifetime. I have her em address and intend to keep in touch. Bless her she obviously sees something special and caring in you Mama, and I'm sure you will do your best. I have not read owning up yo your choice to drink, but I certainly intend to, when I get some breathing space. I spoke to my brother in law and decided that I was going to hold a special party after my sisters funeral, a traditional Irish wake, for all her friends and family, she was a real party animal in her youth and I feel she would appreciate it, nothing sombre just fun and happy memories. I went to mass this evening and lit candles, I had a real sense of peace. Thank you everyone for all the messages, private and otherwise, it really is so helpful.

                              all my friends have pronmised me an Irish wake...no tears but laughter and memories...I find that very appealing
                              I am a 12 pack of Bud Light girl.....can do it every other night or so...and it is wrecking my life.....so I am here
                              take all the time you need to breathe and let us know what we can do
                              I work full time and don;t have the time to post that Ruby does, nor do I have her zany sense of humor and love of family history that she does...but...we will all do our best
                              off to make fresh bruschetta...yum!!
