I am SO confused - what on earth is going on?????????????

Anyway - just back from the doc. Told her about the episode last Thursday and the consensus it is probably withdrawal from going from 40mg of Celexa to 10mg of lexapro then told her I wanted to stop taking the lexapro - she told me that I could JUST STOP TAKING IT. I looked at her and laughed!!! I said "really? After what I have just been through - I don't think so." I will be weaning off it over a two week period. Can't believe she said that. I will start taking Rhodiola if I need anything. I just want off of AD's. Some of my blood work from the hospital came back a bit low but nothing serious, and today I am feeling more normal than I have in weeks - BE QUIET RUBES - LOL. I am going to change and get out in the garden and plant some seeds. Need to do my relaxing thing. Lorry loads of love and hugs to all, back later,
