I'm trying baclofen for the second time. Titrated up to 200mg a day, increasing the dosage by 12.5 mg per week without much trouble then got hit by huge side effects -nausea, complete exhaustion, basically feeling like a zombie. I titrated back to 175mg and could function again, but I know I have to increase my dosage to hit the switch.
Then I read that one of the members suggested that, because baclofen in larger doses can produce strange and unexpected side effects, he suggested titrating up to the next level. (In my case 220 mg a day.)
Has anyone else had a similar experience and have found this strategy worked?
