Sorry to hear about the migraine. Do you know what triggers them? I know some people never find out the cause. I've never had them so I am really clueless.

Mama, as I'm nearing six months AF, you know what's interesting? The thought of one or two drinks doesn't sound appealing to me anymore. I know it would just make me tired. And of course, what you and K9 are talking about too, which is it would stoke up the craving and lead to the bad place. But after enough time, (at least for me), you won't even romanticize the desire for the one or two........NOW THAT'S FANTASTIC!!

Hang in there and give yourself the gift of sobriety - at some point you won't look back. :lilheart:
