MB cigarettes and booze went hand in hand with me, although I quit smoking over 20 years ago. At the time though I had to quit drinking because one was such a trigger for the other. Of course it wasn't a big deal for me to quit drinking 20 years ago! I probably didn't drink a drop for a couple years after I quit smoking.

How did you make out today without smoking? Was it tough?

Mama.....YESSSSS! I am still AF! I was on here this morning but then I was at work all day so I wasn't able to get on here and post until after I made dinner for the family! I am definitely going to check it out! Perhaps it will take my mind off of how I am feeling right now! Ugh! I was doing so good until about 40 minutes ago...I even opened up a capsule of L-Glut and put it under my tongue....talk about gross...it turns into a friggin paste! Ha! My daughter just left for work....hubby wont be home for another hour and I keep thinking about heading to the friggin liquor store.....Grrrrrrrrr. I am trying like hell to wait for this craving to pass cuz as K9 says "A craving doesn't last as long as a hangover"...ugh..ugh..ugh! Hope all is well with you and your smoking!

Fly...they are 1,000 mg. I have been taking them regularly morning, noon and night and whenever need in between. It has worked great until just before. This is the first time I had to crack one open...but I had read on here that it gets absorbed quicker..but yuck!!!!!!!!

I got that post over there and responded to it too! Thanks for the encouraging words...I am going to make a sandwich since drinking on a full stonach isn't that appealing! I have no AL in the house and I really don't feel like having to go and get some. After I eat I will head out to the barn. This friggin sucks....but I have to stay strong til it passes! The last thing I want to do is have to post on here tomorrow that I f&cked up!
