Hey Mama.....I am here.....with my tail between my legs and back on day 1.....ugh! I totally screwed up yesterday when I went to my parents house to check on the cat...they are in Minnesota for my nephews graduation. Anyhoo...they have AL in their house and I got tempted. I feel like a total loser and I am so embarassed and digusted with myself for having to post this!!!!!!!! I am back up in the nest with Crazy Glue on my ass to keep me there!!!!!!! I rushed out of the house yesterday without my little vial of my supplements....NOT good! So I am back on the L-Glut and reading the Allen Carr book.

I feel fine....just disgusted. In a way it was an eye opener for me because I actually didn't enjoy it...it didn't taste good and I friggin used up all my 49 bonus Weight Watchers points for the week! Ugh! It had been over 2 weeks that I was AF and I honestly didn't like feeling "out of control". I can honestly say that I like being sober soooooooo much better! I seriously wasted my whole night...those are hours of my life that I will never get back.....it's just not worth it!

every slip gave me more strength.....I think it's a good thing that it doesn't taste good anymore....

Omgod....I want that app!!!!! Ha! I can picture it now! I do feel weirdly stronger today and looking forward to moving on with my AF days....I mean..I totally missed out on the "panty whisperer" chronicles that were going on. I could've had PLENTY of input on that.....totally would've made FD cringe! Ha!

Thanks Mama!!!! I am going to "behave"... as my husband refers to it.....this weekend. It's supposed to be nice and sunny so I plan on riding ALOT. Plus all 4 horses need to be clipped....they all look like they could be in ZZ Top....their whiskers are sooo long! Ha!
