I wrote in Nora's thread how I'm now dead-set on getting a job at the Library. I want my very own subordinates to boss around! I'm not sure I can do any strip searches there though, although I'm sure I can figure something out.

I had a cornbread fiasco last night. Dropped it as it was coming out of the oven and my reflex was to grab it with my other hand that did NOT have an oven mitt on.....OUCH. This may put a glitch in my crocheting. And I was just getting ready to start a MOOB HOLDER for Techie. Darn.

I know!!! And I keep trying and trying! Ah well...the cornbread still tasted good even though we had to eat it with a spoon. LOL

And the chili was from a can...so I didn't botch that up like the one I tried to make from scratch.

This is why 99% of my meals come from a crockpot...turn it on and walk away.

So last night I received a text from someone I went to high school with. We never dated, but when I was drinking I would drunk-talk to him, and he can't seem to let go now. Let's say the text last night was disturbing and totally uncalled for. Let's just say it's what some professions would call "the money shot". Hope I don't offend anyone! :egad:
