Kapo its so lovely to see you girl! When you were gone missing for so long I had just about convinced myself you had died! Seriously..
All good here, I have had a lovely weekend spent with some good friends and doing fun things. I had a text last night from a friend thanking me for my company and for being so inspirational to her. That really made my weekend. She has been going through some really tough times and if anything I say or do can help her see light at the end of the tunnel, well I am chuffed.
Back to work today and thats a good thing, cos I need to stop eating

Hiya Starty, pingu ktab and thanks mario for my special mention - i am truly touched...great to see you. Starts - you are an inspiration to many and I've had a special place in my heart and mind for you for years - you seem like such a capable and good soul - I aspire to be a bit more capable .

Well guys, sometimes I have to treat chocolate a wee bit like alcohol, I know that with some choccy goodies I just cant EVER stop at one. And i feel bloody wretched after guzzling bad food. Never mind, i know my limits with certain foods just gotta DO IT

Loving the time of year down here - crazy weather daily - a warm 26 celcius today.
