gave up tea in favour of 15 minutes stepping, silly I know but my weight sucks and I have eaten nothing but crap today so I need to start eating better tomorrow, and I will.....

Hiya...not sure if any of ayou are still about - just checking in before I go back to bed!! It's Sunday morning here, not that early - 10AM, but I scored me a memory foam pillow - BRAND new, for $2 at a charity yesterday - bloody awesome, this old neck has wanted one for quite some time but reluctant to pay the $60 required for a new one, bloody robbery!! So I'm off back for an hours read with my new pillow...HOW SAD IS THAT!?!?!?!??!? Hope you all sleep like wee lambs x
