Morning
Feel like shite today, just couldn't sleep, still awake at 3am, all over the place in bed, sweating, rolling around, just horrible
And then I read my thread which I wrote with difficulty last night and I just don't get what someone wrote
I didn't do any of ths lightly and I'm genuinely in a bit of a head spin with it all.
Oh fuck it, onwards and upwards. Sleep ths am then gym
I guess online people have no idea who you are or whats inside you.
I was so screwed up in my head last night I even considered trying aa again after my last interesting experience...

But no, I got my head in a spin about the idea of moderating
And someone just jumped on my case, or at least it feels that way on 3 hrs sleep lol
