Again, Happy Birthday to Jackie! Enjoy your visitors. See you later if you're around.
Zennie-butt - good to see you back. Glad you enjoyed your weekend.
Mrs. A - 5 hours?? You run for five fecking hours??. Dawg, I think I'll have to go have a wee nana nap after reading that. Geez, you really are something!!!
Where the heck is Panda-Man? Reccie, get yer butt over here to the barracks. Now!!!:stomper:
Oney-bint, Pingu and Pinky - hope you're all feeling more positive. Here's a :huggy for each of you.
Foxy, good news on the appointment. (and on the lilac jeans) Please keep us updated when the time comes as to how the acupuncture went. Keeping my fingers crossed that you get into group therapy. It sounds like you are enjoying your AA meetings.
:hallo: to Mollers and Mario if you're still around. For every 60 seconds that you are angry, you lose a minute of happiness.

mollyka;1298695 wrote: Vaseline shorts - nope, I won't ask; Holy shit, I've been on holidays that've lasted less than 5 hours (well seemed like that)! Joey's not really talking to me, I'm finding that extremely stressful - silence to me is the ultimate horror, but I'm going to talk to him tonight hopefully. It's like talking to a brick wall unfortunately - and I also don't feel I have the 'right' to be on his case - just feels uncomfortable but........Molly, I didn't want to ask about the vaseline shorts either. Afraid of what the answer would be. But then I decided to go to Goggle and see what I could find. This is what I came up with. I've highlighted my favourite parts....
4. Coat your skin and/or chamois cycling shorts with Vaseline Petroleum jelly. Cover under your sit bones, and any place that might rub, or has been a problem in the past.
One concern some riders have with Vaseline is that it might plug their sweat ducts. This is more likely to be a problem on faces, where the ducts are smaller. I've never seen clogged crotch ducts. Vaseline is pure, and nobody is allergic to it. If you ride a lot, by all means, get some.
...oh, and if you get one, they recommend Bag Balm as treatment.

And good on you getting no's already ---- I haven't got that far at all! Not that I'd want them --- fecking hate the telephone, but t'would be nice to be offeredI think Foxy is really making progress. :goodjob:
