    I recently searched for some of my uni friends on FB. The blokes had mostly gone bald. Wouldn't have recognised them if I'd passed them in the street.

        When i was af for nearly 6 months 4 yrs ago i lost a lot too by not drinking and walking. But as i started to drink again some crept back on and its harder to shift. But i'm sure the af i become it might to come off. Tho the al tends to get replace with more chocolate but i'll work on my diet in time just glad to sober and no hangovers. I enjoyed the meeting today too we had some laughs. Feeling tired now going to bed shortly.

                                Hiya, anyone around or you's all tucked up in bed?
