The 28 - 30 day AF time frame/period is recommended often as a beginning AF goal for very good reasons. It's a long enough time to be a challenge, but not out of reach, and it's short enough to be able to achieve it. Whichever way i look at it, 30 days AF is a great experience, and a solid launching pad to an alcohol free and happy life.
Best wishes to everyone on their journey's, and folk can drop the Mr.
