      Me again,

Just wanted to share this with yis...

Many of us look at life as work. We approach it and try to handle it like a job. We complain about it. We blame others when it is not working. We hold someone else responsible when it does not give us what we want. Some of us give up on life. We move from day to day, with no plan, no goals and ultimately no rewards. We fail to understand that if life is work, the better we do it, the better it will pay us. When we perform our tasks to the very best of our ability we receive just rewards for what we do. When we are thorough in our work and put our best into it, we become better at it. When we become too good for where we are, we will be advanced to our rightful place. The things we must realize about life is that it cannot be better until we are better. We cannot get more until we are more. The only thing that can stop our advancement in life is our not being ready to move. The better I Am at life, the better it gets."
"It's not your job to like me, it's mine!"

That was beautiful Oney - thanks for that.

JC - JULY??? What the hell? I certainly wish they would not wait so long! Sending well wishes to that annoying gallbladder. Hope it behaves itself. Little bastard.

And congrats on the IBA! Good for you!!!

                    Yo Waggers,

I was a bit surprised at the wait but at least I've got a defo appointment now. Once I get the official letter I'll ring the surgeon's secretary in about a week and see if I can wangle an early op date.

I am over the moon about me IBA thingy. I am officially certified.

Yeah, the wait is a bummer... but you may get moved up now you're in the system...?
Not a lot, but I might get one or two of me own clients.

And now I'm in the system I can get called in for a cancellation

Sorry you have to wait so long. That's a bummer really, seeing as you have to be so careful with what you eat. Like you say - at least you've got a date. That is something.

Satz - are youz gonna answer my questions about the Greek food or what? I need answers. Answers, I tell ya!!!

Satz, just a question - have you lost any inches? If not, does you body at least feel firmer? I personally wouldn't be so concerned about the pounds if I was turning fat into muscle with all that hard work. And what Molly said - why do you go to Damien if you don't like him so much? Find another trainer then plant yer boot up his arse and leave. Damien's arse, I mean.

And yes, I had looked up Assos and I think I even posted a picture of it for you a couple of months ago. And I asked you a couple of weeks ago what your favourite Greek food is and if you cook any Greek food? Just out of curiosity...

:hallo: to the rest of the Army.
Hi Ms Stirls. No. Never actually officially cooked Greek dishes, Love and use all the stuff that goes into it. Feta, olives, goats cheese. When in Grece I love cheese pies, spinich pies. Lamb Stefano ( is that spelt right?) is yum:h
