I am so proud of myself!

I really dont want to sound like I am bragging but I am over the moon that I have reached 40 days! I seriously doubted that I would make it this far and I know that I have to remain ever vigilant to achieve my goal of 100 days.

In spite of a constant and heavy drinking spouse offering alcoholic temptations, I put my success down to Topa, AB, AD and MWO as well as my own mindset of course. I think that once you have made the decision that you need and want to make some important and positive changes in your life, then that is an impotortant starting point.

Good luck to everyone else out there. Seriously, if I can do it then it can be done!

Many, many congratulations!! It's hared enough on my own, but to manage it with someone else drinking heavily around you, that takes incredible strength! - I agree on the mindset too - without it there is only limited willpower and Al sees a weakness.
