Hi just started to rain here and forecast is for heavy showers all day. Nothing planned for today Molly just tidy up read watch tv momdays are usually quiet for me. Might call round to my sister later if the rain isn't too heavy. Whats everyone up to this monday? I know some of you are in work. I would love to visit Scotland some day.

Boot camp is so not for me or the gym i just enjoy the walking or if i could get back in to dancing or zumba. No motivation for either rite now. Have you shaped up or lost any weight since training with Damo Satz?

Hi Foxy. I think I have toned up a bit.
I don't do the boot camp - Jazus that's MAD stuff - see thenm on Sat morn - humping feckin' big tyres etc around........
I just go around the weights.
I like that 'cos you don't get too outta breath or too sweaty..

This guy calls it Reflexology - but he is more a physic from what I could see. He hardly touched my feet but was able to ' read' them & tell me about me :goodjob:
