I once took a whole telephone system down one day at a plastics firm I worked for, I was a sales secretary and the receptionist was on holiday so they asked me to stand in for her, I wanted to try every button on the machine (it was a large fancy contraption with alot of buttons), needless to say I just sat there looking very innocent for 2 days whilst the engineer worked on it :HLearn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow.
