Hello again guys

I didnt see all of the issues on the boards but I saw some of them and also I know Oney. Very well actually. We have been friends for a long time.
She always says what she thinks. Always. To me too, even stuff I dont want to hear. But I respect her for saying it. She has courage, empathy and loyalty. These are huge qualities that I for one admire. She is right that everyone is responsible for their own actions and reactions. We are all grown ups and we can choose what we wish to do and say and whether we want to take on board or simply ignore.

Anyway, I am going to probably have another nana nap

Morning Army i slept in till 10 as i stayed up late watchin tv and playing games omn fb. Just havin my first coffee. Kp well done on helping your friend with the kids and being there while she trys to get off the morphine and i love you to read about your recovery and your life today. Its very inspiring for someome like me to read as i'm still recovering. Good news Jan on Ollie i hope he gets the help he needs and happier times ahead. You have a nice busy weekend lined up oney enjoy. Its a mix of weather here sun out cloud and quite windy. Not planned for today either some housework ironing reading and tv as well as poppimng in here. Just need to pop out for a few things food shoping wise so i'll get a walk in. Everyone else have a lovely sober saturday. Woke up a bit groggy again wish this cold and sinius would go for good.

Just started to rain herei'm still in pjs and not much done. On the sofa watchin Britains got talent. Very windy outside also. Wish we could get some decent weather again and get outside more. Better get dressed soon be back later.
