Annon you have done so well with ur alcohol free time, please don't forget that, you have been an encouragement for all on this thread and we all love you and respect you and understand how difficult things can be for you xI love people who make me laugh. I honestly think it's the thing I like most, to laugh. It cures a multitude of ills. It's probably the most important thing in a person.

Well, you did not let it turn into a binge, you can here and were honest, thats a big plus.
Loads of water and rest now Anon, back on track and back to AF...OK?
You also need to come up with a plan so this does not happen again, having the booze there is a big trigger, have you thought about Antabuse and taking the whole "maybe I can " away?

Good for you Anon, we are right behind you, you know that xx You will be back to your old self soon, feeling ill is another big trigger and by God you have had a load of triggers pointed at you at the mo.
Antabuse seems like a really good solution for a while hon x"It's not your job to like me, it's mine!"

Well, whats done is done and now you know that the drink in the fridge can be a big trigger for you so pop the Antabuse and take away the temptation....
Onwards and upwards now, you know what your plan is.
Hope your tummy and heart feel better soon, big hugs and thanks for being so honest. It really is the only way to to this thing xx"It's not your job to like me, it's mine!"

Why is it hard, is it because its hard to admit to yourself?
You are certainly not a failure. A failure would be someone who just gives up their dreamLiving now and not just existing since 9th July 2008
