Out of all the sober days, for me Sober Sundays are the best, they were always the days I felt worse, always went a bit overboard the night before knowing I wasn't up early, cept I was with the kids.

Sunday mornings usually saw me grumpy, irritable, sluggish, unmotivated and feeling ill.

Who wants a mother like that? Who wants to be a mother like that?

I NEVER EVER lose the feeling of complete and utter gratefulness that I am no longer that person, I never forget the person I used to be and instead of looking back in shame, I pour my energy and efforts into being the best mother I can be in the present moment.

Thats all I can do. x

Well Done Everyone! Yep! Sundays are JUST GREAT without a hangover. Every day is great when you are AF free! It feels like the UK here in oz at the moment, really freezing (for us) 1 deg C. tomorrow. Have a wonderful af week guys.
