Hi again.... sorry to double post, but I wondered if you found out about CPS and your sister? If it wasn't reported and you are hesitant to do so, I would suggest informing someone (perhaps at her pre- school or the police) who is mandated to report what is going on. You wouldn't have to give your name...they are required to report to CPS no matter what. You could also report to CPS directly without giving your name, but they might be able to track your phone number unless you use a public phone.

Thanks BC. I was not hesitant to call and I did call the police as well as CPS. She is under investigation as I said earlier.
I am a nurse, mandated reporter, and although I may question myself because it is hard to believe my own family has to be reported, I do it, have done it, and will certainly do it again if needed.
