I am decluttering.

Nice one JC, I plan to do the same myself in the summer, I love horses. ohh and am going to overcome my fear of water and learn how to swim.

Afternoon all, how are we today? I'm ok and pleased to say that the rain has stopped. Not too much damage here thank goodness.

I've been to my exercise class and have signed up to get weighed every week by one of the instructors! She also told me not to eat carbs after 6 p.m! So no more crisps

Evening class tonight so catch you after that.

I just popped into frigginasda after work for food and got meself a purple pair of pants and some new nail polish. On my own again tonight so making sure i ave something to do lol....re the nails obviously.....

Hiya Mollers and to anyone else who's around or eeky:

:goodjob: to Jackie and to Panno. Looks like you guys got some motivation going there. Way to go. Like Molly, I'm not much of an exercise person. My morning walk of two kilometres with Freddie and a quick walk around the block in the afternoon and then before bed is about it. Mind you I vacuumed the rugs, dustmopped, and mopped all the floors and washed the bathroom plus a bunch of ironing today so I guess that would count for something. And the only sweets I had was a very small piece of choccie and some honey in my oatmeal. Dawg, I sound like I think I deserve a medal.
