I'm sure you can find it on the net but the way I understand it, you remove some liquid from the can to make room for herbage, then rack it up the chooks arse (nicely), and then you make sure the chook sits up on the can, steamin' and bakin' away at will. I think they might even do it with Coke ....

I've done a full chookie before Bridge but the Jamie Oliver version where you lift the skin on the breast and stuff if with herbs etc and lemons and rosemary up inside.
