I do my chook in a clay pot in the oven, very very complicated to do
1) soak said pot in cold water for 1/2 hr
2) place chook in pot with seasoning
3) place pot in cold oven, turn to 180deg for 2hrs
4) devour the most delicious moist chicken ever

Mr G - I saw somewhere that you like 'the Climb' by miss mylie cyrus..I LOVE that song..I went to her concert last year and she sang that - it was awesome

Old Mrs. Google tells me that you can also use 3/4 can of baked beans up the clacker. Apparently the chook juice runs into the can and flavours the beans. Oh ... the possibilities are endless.Comment
