It was moist, and I'd do it again if I had guests as a bit of fun, but the chicken breasts I did last night using the pan juices from the can up bum chook were a lot tastier. Maybe I needed more herb rubbed over it.

I shouldn't do this but I will. An IP address. Does anyone know what that entails? It's how they track who you are when you go on the web. So the stupid person that signed on under that name (and I am sure Tawny's reported them) is shiat outta luck and could be blocked... permanently... and not be able to log on under their regular name.

I think I'd choose a taller skinnier one next time...or a chook with a bigger clacker...it might stay upright then. And it did taste good, but I'm not sure if that was the reams of butter shoved under the skin....definitely going to give it another try..
