Hello Undies and Ovies et al,

I've been keeping an eye on you all but no speak! Sometimes life just rakes over and the Universe is off kilter - you know how it goes..... My most darling friend has been diagnosed wth advanced liver cancer and I'm trying to help her.....can't do a ?^#*}^%] thing....

I enjoyed the fantabulous moon and even howled!!!

I was inspired by TF (as usual) and I've done a 10k walk yesterday and today. Feels good so I hope TF keeps it up so I do too!

Yup. Sucks when the people we love get clobbered and there's FA we can do about it. And, sadly, the older we get the more it's going to happen.

I've been thinking today about our Ovary mates ... I've got no concerns about Techie because we know what his plan is but geeez, I've been wondering about KTAB after hearing so many sad stories about the Irish economy. I really hope he's alright. I used to send PMs to AWOL folk but I've learnt that sometimes people just want to be left alone until they're ready to talk.

HIya Nicey, my thoughts are with you!
I went for my 5k today too. Was thinking as I come to the end it's a bit much being so pregnant, then I thought labor is going to be a lot harder, so suck it up princess.

TF, yea, I wonder about people too. You never know what life has going on for others unless they tell you, so they could just have things going on. Whatever it is.

Hubs made a killer curry last night. Leftovers are always perfect for dinner.
