      I want to say to everyone that I feel totally stupid about a fair few things. I am way too naive and way too trusting of people. I need to stop trusting people - something I am always done until they have proven to me that they are not to be trusted. looks like I have been wrong.

        Sunny-- what in the world happened-- are you okay?? Can I help? It always hurts to be betrayed that is for sure. I am very sorry your trust was betrayed. Here is hoping you have a better day. It actually rained here last night, I was seriously thinking of having a tiny post exercise pre- school volunteer nap as I did not sleep well at all but that seems a little lazy to be thinking of at 7 in the morning!!

          Sun, I know how you feel. People surprise me sometimes. I hope you are ok.....my mammogram says there is something on my right side and they are going to look at it some more. Last year it was the other side...had a wonderful time at the kids concert last night...later

            I feel like everyone knows something I don't know... Maybe I should be glad I don't know it? Bird I am sorry about the mammo-- that settles it-- they told me I could wait and do mine next year-- think I will go ahead. What do they do if they see a problem? Redo it? Or is there a more extensive test. Glad the concert was good

                I like Henry Cavill (Duke of Sufffolk) best but JRM is not shabby-mammo in June. Glad you feel better after sleeping. Just got the new book in the Wolf Hall trilogy -- Sun have you heard any thing on it?
