Hugs is taking my car for an oil change this morning - so sweet of him :h then I have an appt to see about having a tiny cyst taken off of where the eyelashes grow out. Then will have to go back to actually have it done. wish they would just do it today and done with....

Wow-- after that training-- I can see never eating or drinking anything bad for me again. Boy am I going to feel bad tomorrow or later tonight! But he knows what he is doing. I was doing my cardio and was going on the treadmill at a 7 per cent incline at a pretty nice clip before the strength training. The trainer saw me doing this. I did all the strength training, he tells me to cool down then -- go do more cardio!! I'm not on Biggest Loser here, peoPle-- an hour and a half of exercise a day is about the max for me. But it was a good session.
MB-- I am glad you went to the doc. Hope you get relief. If you are not ready to stop smoking just do what you can now. My mom got very sanctimonious with her doctor about how her dad and everyone else drank and that that had to be way worse than her smoking and he pretty much shut her down on that too-- told her it was not even in the same hemisphere, doctors are trained to say that stuff, don't even pay attention to him-- you pay attention to what helps you get to where you need to be to be healthy and happy-- you'll be dancing on that doctors grave in a red dress!

Guys, animals with this kind of story picked up by media get HUNDREDS of requests to adopt him. And they're VERY selective about who gets them, follow their life. When I was able to rescue animals it was far more rewarding for me to watch their recovery, and every one was an angel. Sometimes I'll post the site my lovely cousin started, from her home, and you can look at some of her miracles.

Fen-- hope you all have fun. Rubes-- you are entitled to feel sorry for yourself, absolutely. The day didn't get much better-- we are shoe tying-- Velcro slip ons do no favors for these kids, frankly I should not have done it when I was feeling so down but I can't use my troubles or silliness as an excuse not to be a parent especially when the other parent will not be teaching this. Today at the teacher conference I got back up that those blasted video games that the 2 males in the house " bond" over are the direct reason in the teachers mind why Lukes focus and hence performance of late has declined-- linked directly to the time when dad allowed him to use the iPad during the school week despite my taking it from him several times and telling mark not to let him do it. Can't do much when they gang up on you and I am the adult against 2 kids. I am about to go cook dinner , maybe tomorrow will be better.

Mb-- I bet after you sleep you will feel a million per cent better. Let me know.
