We go to Gulf Shores, AL Mama-- we have a place there. I am doing legos with Luke-- about to hit the pool-- slept like crud but did go to the gym at least though I was such a load there!

off to get ready for work. Showering THEN going outside and watering the plants in 93 degree weather was not one of my brightest ideas - LOL

Well it is just starting to rain some. Did manage to go swimming but it was kinda cold. Sun, a gopher tortoise lives on land and digs deep holes it lives in. I used to volunteer at the state park digging for their eggs, they are endangered and they hatch out the eggs we find and return the babys to the den. Armadillos and crows eat the eggs...Nora how are you doing today?..guess I will goof off inside since it is raining.

Mama-- I am really not okay but I am trying not to dwell espec since we are going on vacation-- I can't be like this!! I might have to call the therapist I used to see long ago -- I need to get out of it so I need to do anything to dig out-- the exercise isn't pulling me out. Neither is ignoring it so...on to the next plan. Is the weather passing or is it sitting there over you?

It didn't seem as hot here today, certainly not as hot as you are getting Sunny!

ATL - so sorry you are so down..... when are you going away? maybe it will help your mood to get away? you know - a change of scenery and stuff? I hope so for your sake - it is awful feeling so bad.......

Thanks for the pic of the box turtle Bird - I had never heard of a gopher turtle. We sometimes get a turtle in our garden - we did last year but I haven't seen one yet this year. last year it was of the snapping variety!!

Hi Jan - so happy that you got the blender out - you need the nutrition and the drink will taste so much better and be better for you - gatorade is pretty much just sugar and stuff so try and have better stuff with your All-One okay?

Just got in from work - hope Fen made it back okay - fen we are all looking forward to hearing about your visit to the cabin with ruby!

Well people, I am off tomorrow and am hoping the weather is a teeny bit cooler - I would love to get out in the garden but it has just been so hot plus some of the stuff I want to do needs the ground to be a little less hard in the places I want to work than it is right now!! I need it to rain!! Although I DO need to play with my compost pile so I could do that tomorrow..... now there's an idea......

Hope you are feeling better ATL....MB saw Jax on the news, what a mess...hi Tony.....Sun hope it is a cooler day for you today....I am still working on the damn muffler orders. Will go in a couple hours, then daughter to get her cyst in ear removed. Woke up too early when I could have slept until 730 I was up at 5. Oh well...later

We leave Friday. Workout today with the trainer. Woke up too early too, Bird. Have a sitter coming so I can go workout, do the cardio, do an errand or two, looks like rain here-- ugh. Neurology appt tomorrow. Hope everyone has a good day
