    half asleep here too, gonna do a bit of study then exercise then im away for the 45 min drive to interview.

    Been any word from Ktab?
    I love people who make me laugh. I honestly think it's the thing I like most, to laugh. It cures a multitude of ills. It's probably the most important thing in a person.

          Have no idea where Ktab is, he is gone about 3 weeks now. Unless he is taking a break, hope there is nothing wrong.

                yoga this morning...
                I have a drink problem, I have been AF since 15 March 2011 and I am working hard to stay that way

                They don't call me Pingu Purple Pants for nothing....

                          good morning gang hope today will be a good one for all.

                          KTAB's last post was on monday 22nd of this week, seems to just pop in quickly, but not stay, maybe his new job as he's out the house each day..

                          but me also, I do hoipe he's ok :h

                              I might find it hard cos I'm a bit inflexible but I'll enjoy the trying anyway!!!

                              I replaced my broken stone with a bigger one and some others from a very nice online shop.....

                                You will only have to move as much as you can, if you keep it up, you will get more flexible. It is very relaxing.
