Ahoy there troopers!!! It's still bloody DARK down here this Wednesday morning!!

Pingu - WELL DONE on the cigs thing, and thanks for posting about it, I found it really interesting and I 'hear' you about the heavy smoker you were and how it was a miracle after the 9thday cig...sounds promising. I've never been a heavy smoker and I have always enjoyed my couple of cigs a day, but I KNOW it's disgusting and bad for health etc.....I'm getting there!!

Oh well, I hope you've all had a smashing AF day, and things are peaceful at individual homefronts...

I'm off in about 20 mins, very early start today x

We are going on June 8th - I'll have the deck chairs out for you We're supposed to get a really hot summer this year. We've already had one week and into the second with temps around 27 to 29C every day. Today we had a some cloud cover for an hour or so. At almost 10pm it is 22C and feels like 25 and this is just barely into the second week of May. Good grief!!

Satz i haven't taken either of them and only know what i read on here. I was thinking of trying antibuse but it doesn't agree with everyone and its a hard on the liver so you can only take it for so long. I'll do without for now. I don't bac is available here. Watching bgt now i'm not a big fan but a young girl just sang it must have been love by Roxette and for a preteen she has an amazing voice an did a great version of the song. I just got her first name of Molly. There has been some crap on it alright lol. I just eat too much chocolate after dinner i'll have to stop buying it i have to lose these few ibs and middle. At least its not al but i still eat too much sweet stuff. Too bad to go for walks with these poxy showers. Well i walked around gtown today (Dun Laoghaire) thats a bit of exercise at least:H. Molly i hope you calmed down and feel a bit beter after Enid one. Well done for standing up for yourself and taking her aside. She's just power tripping and letting her position go to her head.
