It's just a routine procedure Oners so she'll be fine, as long as they don't find anything untoward. The procedure itself is just a pain in the arse is all! (Pun intended...) ;o)
Yep Reccers, there's a hospital on the island... not for anything major... the big stuff gets taken care of on the mainland. But they're really nice and they look after the patients very well. I'm sure she'll know a few of the nurses and patients... )I'll do whatever it takes

Hewwo again Army!!
Zennie-butt, best of luck to your Mum with the colonoscopy. And I hope your breathing problems clear up soon.
Reccie, you might want to try that Propolis. I took it a while ago to help with a cold instead of an antibiotic and it really helped a lot. Here's a link about how it can help with allergies. Mind you, if you're allergic to bee stings, you won't want to try it.
The Health Benefits of Propolis
Pingu - love those purple DM's. They look like they've never been worn. I would so wear those with a long white skirt and coloured top. Fab. And I agree with Satz about the streak of purple in those blonde locks. And I like the funky skirt as well. Doesn't matter what length it is. What matters is what you wear with it and how you wear it. There's a saying, don't let the clothes wear you.
Foxy - so sorry that your weather has been shite. I couldn't imagine living in a place that it rained so often. I would be mental. :upset:
Tipster, glad to hear that things have quieted down a bit with your Ma. It is really hard to deal with someone who is obsessing about their situation or their health. I can well understand what you've been going through as I went through something similar after Mr. Stirly's surgery in January, for about 2 months. While I was worried, as he was, and I could definitely understand his concern about his health and how his body would function from then on, it was very difficult for me that he talked of nothing else. Hopefully things will even out yet more as time goes by.
Molly, if you're around, I laughed my head off at your description of your "run-in" with the transvestite. I wasn't laughing at what happened to you, but your description of it. Guess I wasn't the only one.
Limers - good to see you. Happy Birthday to your son. :bday3: Love the poem.
:wavin: to Oney-bint, Waggy, Mrs. A and anyone else who may be dropping in later. For every 60 seconds that you are angry, you lose a minute of happiness.
