My friend who is over from India. I have known him forever he is a recovering alcoholic who has not drank for 20 years and goes to AA meetings every week or day if he has to.
He is MY special friend nothing to do with Mr A or any one else in the family:goodjob: BTW he is gay

TOTALLY AGREE KP on smoking - now substitute drink for smoke in above sentence.

But ,and this will be controversial, I think the same can work for AL. For me anyway I believe it can work for some people. So there said it.
Both addictive drugs . Depending on your personality you can give up both completely or not. Moderating the cigs the same as and as hard as moderating the Al - less drama , stigma & people to get involved and criticise. MVHO ONLY !!

Hiya guys, how u all doing? hope everyone is well. studying my backside off here, ive got an exam on the 17th and its a killer, most students are worrying over it, im trying to sleep well, lots of lie ins then study most of the day and early to bed, so hopefully that will help
