      G'day there good people!! YAY fr Friday, even if it is still dark out - the end of the working week, and we finish a whole hour early at 4 today!

      I'm a bit worried about Jan's absence too, Oney, hope she is OK.

            hi all

            feelin good these last few days

            co-incidence or not?!? 1/4 tablet meds seem to be suiting me, and I promise I talk about it to a dr next Tues, I have an appt..

            I've had a fab few days with loads of time and space and got loads done

            Mind you yoga nearly reduced me to tears this morning..... owbloodyow,.....
            I have a drink problem, I have been AF since 15 March 2011 and I am working hard to stay that way

            They don't call me Pingu Purple Pants for nothing....

                  I don't know either but when I feel good I just wanna bottle it and have a bit on the not so good days!!

                  Yoga really hurt today I am so inflexible, but I am going to stick with it. There is no class next week so I spent the class money on a beginners DVD from Amazon so I can try it at home!

                  My nails are turquoise, not normally my colour but why not? Asda were selling their nail polishes off at a quid each, one of them cost a staggering 44 pence...
