I;m watching a prog on the Amish...
Only because I teach in a school where only kids of a certain cult go to, and it's not dissimilar to this lot!!!
Weird.. but..... no, just weird!I have a drink problem, I have been AF since 15 March 2011 and I am working hard to stay that way
They don't call me Pingu Purple Pants for nothing....

Yes settled into home okay - still not the same as your own place though but it's nice being back down south. Dishies all got homes bar one who is lounging around at a boarding facility and costing me the earth - but she wouldn't suit the town life. Will get her back when I go back up north or get my own place somewhere else.
The MWO pups are in pet homes - Zenny is living in a place called golden bay which is a very beautiful holiday area. They unfortunately were not fast enough for other trainers to race and make a living from. Grim is still waiting for a home to be found for him but he is at the trainers place until that can be done. It's time I put my big girl pants on. :grannypants: I hope they fit.

Yes with Mum and Dad - Will prob stay south until the end of the year and then try to find a teaching job wherever I can.
Feel a bit bad bludging off mum and dad. And Mum and I certainly have differently views on almost everything - so I will try to rent a place once I can find some work once bubs is born. It's time I put my big girl pants on. :grannypants: I hope they fit.

Oh don't get me wrong Zen - I appreciate everything Mum and Dad have done for me over my life - I can just see Mum and I having an argument or two once bubs is here, on things that I truly feel strongly about.
Haven't heard from the RRC - I txt him the odd time but he never replies - I met his sister the other day, she lives in the same town as me - she seems really nice - in fact she knows Mum and Dad fairly well.
Still hoping he'll come around but we are running out of time. It's time I put my big girl pants on. :grannypants: I hope they fit.

I do like it down here - I lived down here for 12 years before I shifted to Canterbury - but I really like having 10 acres of land and it would be too expensive to get down here.
You're right about the small world thing, especially in New Zealand
I still smile when I see RRC written down on here - what a naughty little drunk I was. It's time I put my big girl pants on. :grannypants: I hope they fit.
