Wow!! I haven't done such extreme exercise since I gave up Judo and Karate

I really understand now why people here say exercise helps with the drinking urges, its the last thing I feel like doing after that workout! I even soaked in a bath and read a book without a glass of Merlot. Wonders will never cease Thanks K9 for putting me onto it.

I found out about it from K9, looked it up, and the reviews where pretty amazing. Its a serious of 20 minutes very intense exercises, that gradually get harder as you go along, for 30 days. If you google it in, you can find out where to order it in your country. I liked it because you dont need fancy props, only some light hand weights.

So Daya, did you get "Ripped in 30" also? I am anxious to start that one since I've never even opened the DVD case, it will be all new to me. I have done Shred before but never made it to Level 3. I am sore today! Wait until you get to Level 3 where she has you doing jumping jacks WITH weights and a move called Superman. You're in for a treat! :H

Have you guys heard of the "Insanity" workout? The name pretty much says it all. A friend of mine is doing it, but he's already in tip-top shape. I won't even attempt it.
