      Hi Oney!

      My only advice (as I'm no expert) is to be sure to drink lots of water. I drink almost a gallon a day! (You'd be suprised how quickly your body adapts, you really won't spend all day in the toilet, I promise!)

      Here are the vitamins I take (take with a protein, i.e. hardboiled egg):

      Multi-Vitamin (for her)
      C & E Combined
      Fish Oil
      B-Complex
      Biotin
      Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc (combined)

      And I eat one cup of yogurt per day, it's really helped with my intestinal issues.

        Fab K9, thans hon, I have a few of them in the press and have never taken them (surprise surprise)

        A gallon of water a day??? I would be pumped out in hospital!

              I like Rice and I like brown rice.
              Cooked cabbage
              Love Chedder and Parmasan and gouda.
              Eggplants scare me.

              I can do tomatoes cooked
              Peppers eitherway
              Onions eitherway
              Cucumbers are wank
              Can do chick peas or kidney beans
              Fresh green beans or yellow ones for that matter are a no no
              I like all herbs really.

              I like chicken (only a small amout tho)
              I like pork (only a small amount tho)
              I like beef, if it is burgers or maybe a small steak.

              Never has salad dressing so I don't know about that.

                (9) Shall I start on the supplements again? No. Best I don?t? Just look in yer feckin PRESS! :H
                (10) Are you still walking?

                If yer does even a little of the above it?s a good step. No need to do it all at once? pick and choose?

                        Can of tuna steak in spring water (drained)
                        Baby new potatoes (cooked)
                        Green beans (cooked)
                        Hard boiled eggs
                        Cherry tomatoes
                        Cucumber
                        Red onion

                        Mix it all together and eat. Nom, nom, nom.
