Oney sounds like ur getting there with ur healthy eating, slowly but surely.
Yesterday was an o.k day for my diet had a few naughtys though:
A short weights workout and l glute
2 ceral bars, one and a half jumbo hotdog on a brown bun with tomatoe sauce, bannana, chicken, nan bread, lighter than light mayonase with onions, red cabbage and tomatoes and a few naughty chips from the chipshop.
My diet today:
No work out, but lots of sleep and 2 lamb chops with veg and pasta and meatballs and a handfull of cashew nuts
