I'm curious about this juicing thing. Is that all you eat, well drink, just juice all day? Where do you get proteins from?
I know you don't like the trips to the bathroom but seriously, you need to go more often. I remember we had a conversation about this a while ago. You know yourself that it is essential that you get enough liquids into your system every day to help flush out toxins of all kinds whether it's from air pollution or preservatives in the food we eat. And if you don't drink enough liquids, it's just not going to happen. Plus you risk kidney stones and other things because your body is not eliminating the wastes properly. Maybe you could make your visits to the bathroom more pleasant by using baby wipes or something similar, so you feel you're cleansing yourself and not just wiping with toilet paper. Sorry for putting it that way, but you know what I mean.
I don't mind the actual weeing it's having to get up and WALK to the bathroom!!!!
