Oney them two recipiesthat libary girl and stirly put on follow them for korma, libary girl seems easier to start with, but to be honest when i can't be arsed making the sauce, i use weight watchers low fat korma sauce in a jar or another low fat option, and i also add mushrooms , peppers and onion

corned beef panack, do what panno said and put tin of corned beef in fridge (low fat variety if u can buy it) if u put in the fridge as soon as u buy it and make the panack the next day or afer , use any veg u can find really, i tend to use, carrots, onion, sweetcorn, leeks, turnip, broccolli and cauliflower but really its like a coddle where u chuck out in, chop ur veg up and stick in a pan , boil till tender, whilst cooking add stock cubes (oxo preferably but any u like really low salt options r always good), the amount of stock cubes will depend on how much water is in the pan, crumble one in and stir often then nearer the end of the cooking time of the vegatables, add one more taste the liquid see if its the right taste for u and thickness u like if not add more, then open corned beef spoon out chunks with a spoon or slice in to thick bite size chunks, put the chunks of corned beef on a microwavable plate and heat for 1.5 minutes then put chunks in pan of veg and gently stir, there u have it pinky's easy and lazy panack.
there are lots of variations on this recipie, mine is the easiest and laziest recipie i know, lolI love people who make me laugh. I honestly think it's the thing I like most, to laugh. It cures a multitude of ills. It's probably the most important thing in a person.

I made yer low fat chippies!!! they went down a storm.
Yesterday was wank tho, REALLY bad, ate very little and what I did eat was SHITE.

pinky's diet today: pack of walkers crisps, fish and chips, bowl of home made broth, half a sausage and pease pudding sandwich and a ceral bar and a nectarine and a mini pork pie, and a fun size snickers bar not so good todayI love people who make me laugh. theres some veg there though, peas, lol. Ive also done 20 mins of cardio and 2o mins on this abdominal tummy fat burner taht sends electrical impulses to burn fat, gonna try to do some weights today alsoI love people who make me laugh. not so good here
yesterday i had 2 corned beef pasties 400 calories each and a scotch egg and a bowl of home made soup and a nectarine

We ordered pizza today. With green pepper, ham, bacon, mushrooms and feta cheese. Delicious, although not the most healthy choice. We did have a Caesar salad with chicken with it so maybe (I doubt it) that balanced it out a bit. Twas very yummy indeed.
I see that a few people have tried my "oven fries" recipe and liked them. :goodjob: on trying something new.For every 60 seconds that you are angry, you lose a minute of happiness.
