    R.I.P Mary Kennedy

    Another beautiful, vibrant, wealthy woman...mother of four...has committed suicide from alcoholism and chronic depression.
    This makes me sad but SO thankful for a loving family, excellent doctors, and all of you here.

    Shame to hear that and her family is in my thoughts and prayers.
    I quit drinking on March 8, 2020. Taking it One Day At A Time and no more taking my quit for granted.

    Also doing it for me. I got to stay sober for me.

    Just consecrate on today and do what you can to remain sober for today and worry about staying sober tomorrow, tomorrow.

      I read the article yesterday and it is so sad that some people can not find a way out of addiction and depression. I am so thankful I found my way, but whenever I read these kinds of stories I cant help but think how come they could not find a way. I know all our journeys in life are different, I just wish it did not have to include so much pain.
