    Tough outside the home ,still not strong craving..
    A learned habit surely be unlearned !!

    2012: Continuous AF for 7 months from May to Oct.

    Big Relapses : 6th November and 12th December 2012.

    2013 : So many ups and down !!

    2014: Has a conviction to stay with a healthy life.

      One more AF !

      Hi dears,
      Just to keep you in that I have made another day AF !
      Early in the morning I did an hour meditation ,then after having breakfast I got out for personal work all the days.I have passed 100 of pubs and off licences but there were hardly temtation to the poison ,
      Anyway I made it,all goes to you friends.
      I now remember ,
      Hunger : I try to keep my stomach full with fruits ,juices and water.
      Angry: I am now remaining isolated from the people and there is hardly contact to them so managing to stay calm.I found being meditative is another way to remain cool.
      -Loneliness : I have learnt that I have to do everything to improve myself so depending on others is a kind of addiction/dependance like on alcohol so I seek some helps from only the people like you who know me and becoming self motivated/self starter and ender of the day.
      -Tiresome : As I am w/out Al and meditative ,avoiding contact to unnecessary people made me less tiring mentally and physically.
      Thants all now , any suggestion and coping skils are hearty welcome !
      How about you then ?

        Staying at home calmly...no craving at all now.
        I am on milk thistle and kudzu rescue.Reading MWO books.

          Starting a AF or AL thread now !

          Hi Dixon good to see more days being clocked off , as for coping skills i read Allens Carrs book " Easy way to control Alcohol" and i found it a great help , it helped me understand why i was drinking and what happened to the mind and body when i did . Not everyone gets what he is saying but it really helped me.

            I read out half of this a couple of months before ,and will re-read so that it will add more encouragement.

              Starting a AF or AL thread now !

              Added one more days !!Tonight,I have been in the park nearby a busy pub for a couple of hours seeing the people who were drinking alcohol .I surfed my desire/craving to drink, sometimes it went high and I started to remember for all the things i have lost in my life again and again. Finally I started hating the poison and came back to home .I do not wanted to lose my own life as well.So became stronger.Its all I have done to raise my will power.All is ok until now .

                  Good job Dixon, i dont know if i could have done what you did last night after only been off the drink for that amount of time, maybe it is best not to test yourself so soon.

                    Hi Madman,

                    Thanks for your interest at me .Actually my will power is working at the moment fearing of Liver damage.At the same times, I am learning for the coping skills not to relapse again.
                    - My cravings are not physical and just mental so it will be easier if I can manage my mental issue.Thats why I am taking Anti depressant on time .
                    -Always thinking about the damage caused by AL in the past.
                    -Previously, I have known that heart is the main organ in our body so the Liver was slight bit neglected, now I realised the mother board of our engine is Liver .Whatever we put into it filters and distributes to other organs.If it is unable to do so the bad food and drinks go to directly to heart,kidney,brain,lungs etc and whole body and mind will be affected.So I feel its my duty to keep it normal to live a normal life which has given me more will power.
                    -I am now enjoying hypnosis and meditation so bought a lots of materials regarding these and trying to make a habit.
                    -I have learnt hunger management, so taking plenty of water and vegetable juices not to put the stomach empty.
                    -Hunger plays a major role in craving so it must be avoided at all either by eating healthy foods or taking supplement capsules or hunger suppress medicine if needed.
                    That's all now .I hope you are doing well !

                        Are you fit physically now ?
                        Please !please !take a strong conviction not to be with poison for us as well.If I see you drinking I may be relapse again.
                        I am thinking on you that do you enjoy a drinking ?
                        For me I don't at all but if I do ,I finish 12-16 units of UK Al within half an hour .Therefore drinking quickly with out snacks is more dangerous.It quickly goes to nerve system and really effect the brain badly and it asks more though I am not enjoying .I will start consume it more with unconscious mind.A unconscious mind cant judge what to do and not.
                        Then lost memory , Really terrible !!
                        Need to give up in any cost .

                          I feel much better and have NO DESIRE to drink at all today
                          I drink alot fast too......and use the unconcious mind, as you say, and do stupid, dangerous things
                          NOT WORTH IT!!!!!
                          I love my family more than alcohol.:h

                            Hi Mama,
                            I wish this will be the end of your addiction !
                            Days are really good on clear mind .Being AF, everybody around us will be happier and proud of us.What do we need rather than this ?
                            To be a bit of creative and live social life it is unavoidable so why procrastination again and again ?

                                Hi Mama and all ,

                                I have added one more day on my way out.
                                I am feeling the following improvements,
                                -My head is clear though memory power still to regain.
                                -My room is fastidiously cleaned.
                                -My clothes are properly ironed.
                                -My tummy is starting going down.
                                -I am no more with junk food.
                                -Loneliness is fading up slowly.
                                -Thought arises to re start my previous business.
                                -There is no unnecessary telephone calls to my separated wife and her family.
                                -Thinking how to build up /regain my status in the society.
                                -More importantly worried about relapse and learning coping method.
                                -Enjoying meditation.
                                Thats all now.
                                How about you friends ?
