Don't normally do Zoos either but this one is basically the odd emu wandering about and watching some of the agric students doing a bit of ploughing and washing a horse.

Nowt all week Mollers. Felt BRILLIANT all sorta angelic and normal. Had few glasses wine last night. feel tired today. But that is another lesson learnt.weekends are going to be a challenge. As I said before here not sure want to be completly AL free. But if trying to be 'normal' doesn't work it's the next step

Hmmmm . Oney. As many people have said about cigs on here. If I want a glass of wine I will have one and enjoy it.
I gave up cigs cos I got to HATE them. They took over my life. Not there with al. Don't hate glass red wine or 2 on Saturday night with dinner yet.

Hi Satz i'm ok just a bit tired too. Oney i just your photos on fb and they are fab i loved the cake with Ava's name on it she looked stunnung and so did all of you. Not mad about zoos either but its nice to get a day out and coffee and scones sounds good. Oh i almost forgot i got a key worker from addiction centre and i have my first appointment next thursday. Hopefully this will help. I tried the modding a few times and it never worked so quiting is the only way for me now. Might head out for a walk later if it doesn't rain. Oh i see Mario is back. Do you have any pics of your trip Mario?

I understand. I didn't hate booze for a long time, even after I gave up, still felt like I was missing out on something, that took time. I suppose I still saw booze like it had something to offer me, so I was still chasing the buzz I suppose, otherwise I would have been happy to have a coke. That took a while to sink in.
I insisted to myself that I missed just the occasional one or 2 glasses, had myself convinced that was all I missed..it was most defo not the buzz, it was the taste and the relaxation aspect. But then I realised if someone handed me a drink that tasted and looked the same but without the alcohol, I would have shoved it up their hole.
I think when I copped that, I realised that booze still had me by the short and curlies and if I could not do without it, I had a problem.
Which I did. Sometimes I drank VERY little but I still needed to have it, so that is an addiction right there. Kinda like me and the junk food, I know I have a prob with that too.

Ut's a very personal thing I guess.
