    Sober Sunday shout outs 20 may

    Morning from another pretty crap grey day here in the uk

    Today I am shouting out because last night I was at a wedding and not drinking really did my head in. But I am still here and still al free

    Anyone else joining me??
    I have a drink problem, I have been AF since 15 March 2011 and I am working hard to stay that way

    They don't call me Pingu Purple Pants for nothing....

            2013 : So many ups and down !!

            2014: Has a conviction to stay with a healthy life.

                  How do I cope with a "normal" drinking partner who will just go out without me:upset: if I don't go and give out about it. Do your partners drink al?
