just like to say thanks for all the respones to my posts,. hit the gym again doing things slowly trying not to feel too guilty about the sllip up .i was 5 weeks AF FREE and this last time last year it was like 5 hours af etc. so i have ccome a long way no one ever siad sobriety would be easy . and its isnt as we well know just working on my emotions more ie learning to take a step away from myself . like aa siad if we have a craving think!.think!,think! ......... before u do it .
