Morning Tip and all to come. The cats woke me just after 5am so i got up fed and let them out. Didn't get back asleep so just made coffee now and reading posts on here and fb. Had some struggles last week so hoping for a more positve one. Might try and get a few hours sleep before tackling chores still feeling a bit tired. Wishing you all a good monday:cupajoe: -

Morning starts and Expat. The forecast last night siad the weather is to improve from wednesday. Warmer with sunny spells. Yeah be great to get back into lighter summer clothes i have been wearing my padded coat for ages now think this this is the longest i've been in heavier clothes.Comment

happy Monday to all! Wishing you a positive and bright Monday....
t's drawing to a close down here, work was busy as, three CSRs away with a nasty bug that's doing the rounds and I really felt their absense! There's an AA meeting that starts in like TWO minutes (6.30pm) I think I'll race to it (I should only be 10 mins or so late) - -- I started upping my meetings a couple of weeks ago and it really has paid off - my serenity levels are pretty good!!

I have to go and dress Ava up in her Communion clothes today as they have to dress up for school, which means having to do her hair in that bunlike thing again!! Takes AGES!
Then I have to do it all again 2moro and her grandmother did not see her as she booked a holiday hat overlapped with her only 2 grandaughters Communions..BY MISTAKE.......

Thanks starts feeling ok today, just can't stop myself from getting emotional when occasions trigger al related memories. Wish it would sod off. Got another big party this weekend and most people will be hammered. Life would be so much easier if al just didn't exist.....wishful thinking

Morning Mario do you think you will be ok for Jim today? May be rest another day as you're still jet lagged but i bet you missed Jim. Pingu i get moments like that too guilt and regrets over stuff that when i was drinking what i did spent etc and i can get weepy and emotional but it doesn't happen too often anyway we have to accept we change the past tho easier said than done sometimes. I hope you feel better as the day goes on. Oney i'm sure ava will have a lovely day in scho;; with her pals all dressed up in their comunion clothes.
