I hear you on the gym Oners and Molly yoga walking and swimming would suit me. I do a bit of walking but haven't a yoga class yet close by or not too expensive. They are building a pool in the leisure centre/gym besdie me but it will some next year before its finally finished. I saw your healthy eating tread oney going to have alook.

I want to learn how to swim, water scares me so.

Try your local library Foxy, I know they do yoga here.

Just read your healthy tread Oney its quite busy and lots of good advice. My diets ok most days but i do eat junk like pizza sauasges and bacon grilled now and then and ready meals. I like most fruits vegies fish and meats. I rarely eat from chippers as its too heavy and greasy for me. I won't give up me coffee and chocolate but i need to cut on the choc. You are doing well oney small steps is the way to go. I have to go be back later.
