Hi again army i fall back sleep for another few hrs and i come back and find 12 pages and before 11am here:H. The sleep fairy wsn't good to me either last night. woke at 5am but got back in to bed bout 7 and got another 2 hrs. Feeling a bit stuffy with sinius from the sun and gardening yesterday. Its warm with hazy sunshine here. Our water is cut off for a few hrs today for maintance so i better have a shower and wash my hair before it goes too low. Off to Bray today to shop at Lidl and maybe the library on the way back. Have a nice tuesday and enjoy the sun. Jeans light t-shirt and beaded thong sandels today oh and i repaint my toenails bye for now.

Foxy : Just saw tip from Stirls. Rinse out your sinus. Basically flush out your nose with salt water. Knida makes sense on some level I'm gonna do it as I am getting summit here - cold or sinus issues.
Summer arrrrrrrrrrrrh need to :
Get toes done somewhere - lazy/sloppy cow that I am
Shave legs & pits - leave all other areas for now
Dig out last years' tops - don't think i've any - shit Summer last year.

Hi Salz,How you doing, Mario where are you.....Salz You still on the Juice.
I have a Pain in my Side....I get Worried....I smoke...trying to give them up.
Also have Flu like Symptoms.....Feck it...I was off work for 2 months after Christmas.
Stick with the Winners.....No Drink TG.
Im going to Fill my First Glass of Whiskey Today After 25 Years,My Dog has Ticks....So It Recomends that you Pour some Alcohol on it.....It gets Stunned....Drunk....so I will be able to Take it off the Poor Dog.
