Pingu is cute and cuddly and stylish and funky and the biggest tomboy you will ever meet. Not quite a 6 foot blonde bombshell but I always wear purple.....you'll recognise me from my ears lol

Hiya crew - - just popping by to wish you all a fabulous Wednesday AF - it's drawing fast to a close here, I am just home from a lovely meal with my dad, brother and his awesome partner - it was roooooly noice!

Gotta a bit of work to do before bed, but just passing through, hoping all is well, and thanking you for all being here when I drop by to wish you all amazing AF moments today

Morning all sunny here too and warm. Lovely pics up from Stirly and JC. I wouldn't let anyone but a qualified hairdresser cut my hair again. A long i used to go to classes where students of hairdrssing gave very cheap rates to pratice cut and colour. While some results are good some where disators and took ages to grow out. I got some bad news this morning. A friend's mum rang me o say she is in intensive care from al. She had been drinking at home for weeks and her behaviour was erritc. Last time i phoned she said her liver was bad but she wudn't listen to me or anyone. She sounded ok . Now she is sedated again as when the dr's woke her yesterday she was incorherant and confused so they are going to try again today. Her poor mum is very upset she 's only late 40's. Her famiuly are around her bedside including her daughter's who didn't live with her. She doesn't have a partner. Her mum said its brain damage from years of al abuse and she may never wake up properly if ever. She will keep informed. Still in shock over this. My sis in law is still in hospital with cancer but also abused al for years. Also lost a couple of friends over the be cos of this poison all under 50. Gonna get out for a walk i need milk and a couple of things so off to Tesco. I'll be back later. xxx

Foxy, so sorry to hear about your friend. I hope she recovers. What a shame, she is so young. AL is a terrible poison and has done damage to so many people. It seems like every day we hear about someone else who's health has been damaged, or life taken by this horrible disease.

I need to get out of here now. See you all later. Take care and enjoy your day as much as possible in spite of the negative things that are out there. They will always be there, we just have to work around them...
