Good morning army. Another lovely day here. Got a lot done in the front garden yesterday but its an on going job. Going for my first counsiling session today i'm a bit nervous as i'm not great with counciling but i want to get an ant-relapse or group therapy session. Its for 2.30 today. Seems everyone on this side of the globe is enjoying sunshine. My neice lives in Tasmania Kapone so its winter there too but doesn't look as bad as what we get here. My friend's mum txted me this morning gto say all well with her so thats some good news thats she's awake and a more coherant but i'm sure she has done some permanent damage. Thats givin me another wakeup call to beat this demon for good. It does so much damage to people and ruins many lives. Just on my 2nd coffee. Enjoy the day whatever your weather and for those at work its almost the wekend.:rays::cupajoe:

Expat I read back last night about your feelings about not being here so much. All i can say is that when you are here you always have something valuable to share and contribute. Like you I am too busy often and do not get time to post and sometimes feel a bit guilty about not having time to read back!
